The formula is public, below
your rate starts at Standard's and only falls
The meter is orders, not invoices: one order is one purchase order we read, match, and price, however it arrives, email, text, PDF, or portal. Counted where the work happens.
Your rate starts at $2.20 an order, exactly Standard's, and slips 1.7 cents for every 1,000 orders past 1,500, a straight shallow line to the $1.80 floor. Monthly is orders times rate, plus $500 for each of the first two extra locations and $250 after. Setup is $25,500 plus $1 per order past 1,500, onboarding is built once, plus $5,000, $5,000, then $2,500 per extra location. No cliff anywhere. Past about 25,000 orders or 15 locations it becomes a named account: annual contract, SLA, still one all-in number.
Expected price by the public formula. The final quote confirms scope, and arrives the same honest way. Multi location and custom integration deals are priced on what they actually take to build.
Cost per order, one location: $2.20 at 1,500, $2.06 at 10,000, $1.80 at 25,000, the floor. A straight shallow line, an 18 percent reward for seventeen times the volume.
Every one of the 138 features you get, grouped into the 16 parts of the product, each with its share of the price. The list always adds to exactly your plan price.
