Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Orderprise is operated by Orderprise LLC, 18549 Pines Blvd, Suite 308, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 (contact: dms@orderprise.com). We provide back-office automation software for wholesale distributors. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing site, the public demo, and the Orderprise application.

2. Information we collect

• Account information you provide when you sign up or request a demo: name, work email, company, and what you tell us about your operation.
• Operational data you or your team enter or connect to the app: products, suppliers, customers, orders, invoices, and messages. This data belongs to you.
• Authentication data from your sign-in provider (Google): we receive your email and basic profile to verify access; we never receive or store your Google password.
• Usage and device data, such as basic logs and analytics needed to run the service securely and reliably.

3. How we use information

• To provide and operate the service: reading invoices and orders, tracking prices, and syncing to your accounting system.
• To set up, support, and improve your workspace.
• To communicate with you about your account, demos, and service updates.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

4. Your data is yours

• You own your business data. Everything you and your team put into Orderprise (products, customers, suppliers, orders, invoices, messages) remains yours.
• Your data is walled per customer: each customer workspace is isolated, and data is never shared between customers.
• Orderprise does not sell your data, and does not use your business data to train AI models.
• On termination you receive a full export of your data, and we delete it within 30 days of a verified request.
• The public demo uses entirely fictional sample data. It reads and writes nothing to any real account.

5. Who at Orderprise can see your data

Orderprise staff can see your data. The Service includes a review step where a person checks orders the software was not confident about, and depending on how your account is set up that person may be on your team or at Orderprise. Our staff may also access your data to fix a problem, answer a support question, or investigate an error. Everyone at Orderprise who can access customer data is bound by confidentiality obligations, and we limit access to the people who need it.

6. Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of providers to deliver the service, each processing data only as needed for its function under its own terms: Airtable (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), Intuit QuickBooks (accounting sync, when you connect it), Telnyx (SMS), Anthropic (AI processing), and Google (sign-in).

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections, role-based access controls, per-tenant isolation, and audit logging on writes. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to what each role needs.

8. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and operational data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to provide the service. On termination you may request a full export of your data at any time, and we delete your data within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data, and you may ask questions about how it is processed. Contact dms@orderprise.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to run the service. We do not use advertising trackers.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

12. Governing law and contact
